What should I review before publishing?

Check the workspace, destination accounts, caption, links, media and publishing time. Review each platform’s settings, factual claims, media rights and required disclosures. Approve only when you are comfortable with what each destination will receive.

  • Check spelling, links, names, prices and promotional claims.
  • Review media framing, text and sound in the finished file.
  • Confirm permission to use the media and any sponsorship or content disclosures.

Destinations

  • Confirm the workspace and selected social accounts.
  • Review the required settings for each platform.
  • Check each publishing date, time and the workspace time zone.
