What does sharing diagnostics with Help include?

Public chat cannot read your account. In signed-in Help, optional diagnostics can share saved connection states and aggregate post-status counts. They do not automatically include captions, media, credentials, email addresses or raw errors; a stored connection status does not prove current authorization.

Your choice

Use the diagnostics option in signed-in Help when you want that context included. Describe the visible issue in your own words without adding passwords, tokens or login codes.

What diagnostics cannot do

They do not grant the assistant permission to change your account, publish a post or bypass a provider restriction. For unresolved issues, ask to connect with the team.
