Are my Help conversations saved?

Lumera does not store AI-only transcripts; conversation memory stays in the current browser tab. Aggregate topic, outcome and timing counts are retained for 90 days without messages or identifiers. The AI provider may retain data under its abuse-monitoring policy.

When you contact the team

If you choose human support, those messages and sanitized screenshots are saved for up to 90 days after the last message. The earlier AI conversation is not shared automatically.

Keep sensitive details out

Do not send passwords, recovery links, tokens, full card numbers or private information unrelated to the issue. Review screenshots before attaching them.
