How do I add photos and videos to Album?

Choose the correct workspace, open Album and add your photos or videos. Keep the browser open until the upload finishes, then check that the file opens correctly. Keep a separate copy of your original media.

Add and check a file

  1. Select the workspace that should own the media before uploading.
  2. Add the file and wait for completion. Closing the tab or cancelling can interrupt the upload.
  3. Open the uploaded item and check the image or video before using it in a post.

If an upload does not finish

Check your connection and the visible error. Keep the original and try a supported file or a smaller version if needed. Confirm whether the first upload completed before adding another copy.
