Why are analytics missing or different from the social platform?

Select the correct platform, account and date range. Reports depend on published posts, account permissions and the metrics the platform provides. Some results arrive later; missing data is not necessarily a zero result.

Check the report

  1. Choose the platform and account you want to review.
  2. Use the same date range when comparing with the native platform.
  3. Check publishing receipts and connection permissions. Reconnect if the account needs authorization.

Compare like with like

Different formats and platforms expose different metrics. A missing metric may be unavailable or delayed rather than evidence that nobody saw the post.
