Does a pending publishing status mean the post failed?

Not necessarily. The platform may still be processing the post, or Lumera may be waiting for confirmation. Check the destination directly before retrying or creating another copy.

Queued is not a publishing receipt

A queued or scheduled request is not confirmation that the post is live. Check the post’s delivery status and the actual social account.

If confirmation takes longer

Confirmation checks stop after 24 hours and the post may need attention. This alone does not mean the platform rejected it. Read the available recovery message and avoid repeated retries while the outcome is uncertain.
